Hey there, I’m Ashley! If you’re reading this, welcome to my little corner of the world. I’m a wife, momma, dog momma, sister, bestie, and yes, a proud boss babe! 

Let me give you a glimpse into my world. My husband, Jacob, and I got married in 2015, and just a year later, we welcomed our sweet, daughter, Evelyn, into the world. We love being together, it doesn’t really matter what we are doing it could be sitting on our couch playing video games, working on crafts, or exploring new things our little town has to offer as long as we are together.  I’m also incredibly lucky to be surrounded by an extraordinary group of women who are my absolute ride-or-dies. They’re not just there to celebrate with me during the highs of life, but they also stand by me with unwavering love and strength when everything feels like it’s falling apart, offering support and strength simply through their presence.

Now, let’s dive into a few fun facts about me! When I’m not busy working, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book I’m a sucker for anything Dramione (IYKYK) but truly I LOVE reading. I read all genres and most often have about 3-4 books going on at one time, I’m what I like to call a mood reader. I also love to listen to music—I pretty much always have something on. Music is something that my hubby and I share, our favorite thing to do together is concerts or some live music event. I’m also a huge art and plant lover so it’s like living in a greenhouse/art gallery of my own curation at home. I’m obsessed with all things spooky and it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. I’m all about embracing the weird and wonderful. 

5 Random Facts:

1. Dream Career besides Boudoir Photography <3 I would love to travel with a band and be their concert photographer.

2. I own 17 copies of Pride and Prejudice and each one is a little prettier than the last!

3. My retirement dream is to own a bookshop that also contains local artist art on the walls to sell.

4. My favorite flower is Peonies it reminds me of summer on my parent’s farm and my sweet grandmother

5. I LOVE the Harry Potter universe like borderline creepy obsessed love it. 

A little about why I love what I do: I’ve been shooting boudoir for over 15 years, and it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Watching my clients react when they first see their photos is such a powerful moment—there’s this beautiful mix of disbelief and pure joy as they realize how truly stunning they are! But what really solidified my love for boudoir photography was when I found myself on the other side of the camera. I finally understood what it felt like to witness my own transformation. It was a game changer, and it deepened my belief that every woman deserves to experience this kind of confidence-boosting moment.

I’ve always had my own body image struggles and I promise you that loving yourself and what we see in the mirror is an everyday thing it always changing and always evolving. Growing up, I wasn’t the “girly” type, I was more of a tomboy, especially being around my brother. This past year has created its own set of struggles, learning to love and embrace this new body that I find myself in, to be honest in some ways that’s been one of the hardest parts of my journey with breast cancer. But that’s why boudoir photography is so important and can be so life-changing for some. It allows us to step into our power and feel truly confident!

Now, I want the same for every woman who walks through my door. I want every client to feel that same sense of awe and confidence when they see themselves through my lens. I want them to leave feeling empowered, beautiful, and ready to conquer the world!
